GLC Minerals Names Nick Ripp as Vice President of Sales
GREEN BAY, Wis. — GLC Minerals announced that Nick Ripp has been named Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience in chemical distribution and specialty chemicals to the company.
Ripp joins GLC with a strong track record of driving growth through disciplined go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, account expansion, and team development. His experience spans multiple markets and industries, including water treatment, sulfur, foam control, tolling, specialty chemicals, CASE, food, personal care, HI&I, and manufacturing.
Most recently, Ripp served as Executive Director at Hydrite Chemical Company, where he owned commercial strategy and execution across several markets and segments. During his time at Hydrite, he led initiatives that strengthened commercial performance, and contributed to continued improvements in operating results.

Before joining Hydrite, Ripp held several sales leadership and account management roles with Univar USA, where he managed teams and territories across multiple states, grew gross margin, supported new product development, and helped strengthen branch profitability. His career includes experience managing multimillion-dollar territories and leading sales teams through growth, restructuring, and market expansion.

Ripp holds a Master of Business Administration from Lakeland College and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Carroll University.
